There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available but the majority have suffered alteration in that some form by injected humour or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. The uniqueness of the triple-offset design of ANTO valves reduces friction between the disc seal ring and the body (in-situ) seat, thereby minimizing wear to a greater extent. This is achieved by the benefits of metal and graphite laminated seal rings, the best triple offset eccentric geometry, and the best design that provides a bi-directional, bubble-tight shutoff valve with a longer service life and low torque valve operation.
Metal-laminated disc seal ring of a triple offset butterfly valve composed of alternate layers of corrosion-resistant alloy metal sheet and composite graphite sheets. Each set of metal-laminated layers provides an independent seal, unaffected by damage due to the Anto Valve's triple-offset butterfly valve design of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd offsets, including a unique cone design in the 3rd offset. These three offsets are intended to eliminate friction, galling, and wear produced at the sealing surface during valve operation and provide bubble-tight shutoff on both low-pressure and high-pressure and temperature services, including long-term sealing properties. The laminated seal ring, having a unique resilience design provides lower operating torque and accommodates the expansion of the seal ring due to high-temperature fluids having contact with body metal and disc, thus allowing radial compression and flexing, which is one of the unique features of the triple offset butterfly valve design.
The body of the ANTO valve design is a one-piece rigid body with leak-free performance. The integral seat (in situ) is provided with a corrosion-resistanthard-facing alloy typical of CoCr A or CoCr E (typically Stellite 6 or Stellite 21) using the PTAW and laser welding processes.
